Shipping & returns


For US domestic orders, we ship with USPS and charge flat rates of $3, $5, or $8 depending on order weight.

For international orders, we have partnered with a company called FlavorCloud to find the best shipping options at checkout. FOR MOST COUNTRIES, the price you see includes shipping AND customs/other duty fees as applicable. If you do NOT see any other international fees at checkout, our provider may not be able to provide these fees upfront and you may be responsible for paying them once your package arrives in your country. We also offer some international shipping via other services like UPS and DHL, though you may be responsible for customs/other duty fees before you're able to receive your package.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will provide a prepaid shipping label if you choose to receive store credit. If you would prefer to receive a refund, the cost to ship the items back will be deducted from the total refund value. Free return shipping labels are only available for store credit/returns made within the US.

To initiate a return, please send an email to detailing the item(s) you’d like to return and reason for the return.

Other notes:

  • Store credit/refunds must be completed within 30 days of receiving the item(s)
  • Apparel must not have been washed or worn (beyond trying it on, because how else are you supposed to know if you really like it…)
  • Apparel must be free of any odors, perfumes, and/or smells
  • Some sale and promotional items may not be eligible for refund
  • Nice Lift Co. may refuse to issue a refund, at its sole discretion, if it finds that any of the conditions in this section have not been met
